Rise&Shine: 7 Days to Freedom

Rise & Shine: 7 Days to Freedom is a guided, fillable journal by Dr. Eileen Forrestal, created as a Personal Empowerment Tool for anyone ready to release the past, quiet the fear of judgement and claim the freedom to create the life of their dreams. It is one of the more challenging journeys in the Rise & Shine series — and that is exactly why it matters.

This 7-day journal walks you through one guided session each day: a moment of inspiration, an intention-setting prompt, self-inquiry questions, an affirmation, a small inspired action step, and a gratitude reflection. Each day builds gently on the last.

The seven days
Day 1: Free From the Past; Day 2: Free From Others’ Opinions; Day 3: Free From Fear; Day 4: Free to Choose; Day 5: Free to Express; Day 6: Free to Forgive; Day 7: Free to Create.

Unlike a blank notebook, every page gives you structure without pressure. You don’t need to know what to write — the prompts do the heavy lifting, drawing out what’s already true for you. It’s private, personal, and designed to be used at your own pace, just 10–15 minutes a day, either typed directly into the fillable PDF or printed at home.

Who it’s for
This journal is for anyone who feels held back by old stories, by what other people might think, or by fear — and who is ready to take responsibility for their own choices and create a life that is genuinely their own. No journaling experience is required.
